Terms of Service
1 - Payment is via Kofi. For orders under 100 USD 100% payment upfront. For orders over 100 USD, 50% of the total cost must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining amount must be paid in full before I continue with your project.2 - Listed prices are the base price. Price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.3 - I will start working on your commission only after payment.4 - Deliver will be made through email or Google Drive containing 1 full res watermarked png file. No physical product will be delivered.5 - Commissions may take between 1-4 weeks to complete (without taking in consideration time spent waiting for feedback/response). If something unexpected happens and delays my schedule I will keep you updated and will also refund your money if you decide you don’t want to wait for the new deadline.6 - Major changes (such as posing, outfits, composition etc) should be stated in the sketch phase. Changes after the sketch has been approved will be subject to extra charges.7 - If you post or use the commissions anywhere please credit and link me (@Amadicah on Reddit or @AmandineAmadicah on Instagram ).8 - I can still use the artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes.9 - I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use. Artwork may not be used for profit.10 - There will be additional fees for commercial use.
